Plum Island; Lots eyed for State Buyback.

This headline and the thrust of the article give the false impression that state money will be used to buy the empty lots where houses were washed away. There would be no point in this because the damage has already been done and that land is eroding away ever year. The purpose of this money is to buyout houses that are in jeopardy. This could be a lifesaver to several PI homeowners with vulnerable homes and financial hardship.
