  1. The feasibility study referenced in the Salem News article will evaluate a number of aspects of a potential removal of the Ipswich Mills Dam. One of the primary tasks of the study is to investigate the effects of removing the dam on surrounding infrastructure such as the Choate Bridge. This question will be answered before the town makes any decision on whether or not to remove the dam. I encourage anyone interested in the project to contact me (Brian Kelder – bkelder@ipswichriver.org) for more information.
