Army Corps engineers nervously continue opening the Morganza spillway by a few new gates everyday. I have not been able to post the official Army Corps floodmaps, below is a far less graphic one from the Times Picayune. I will try to keep these posts to one a day, but this situation has seemed to warrent more timely posts.
